The Township is coordinating with the Wissahickon School District, St. Helena’s and the US Postal Service to minimize any disruption this may cause.
The Whitpain Police Department will have an increased presence on surrounding streets during construction as there may be an increase in cut-through traffic.
The Yost Road Bridge replacement is necessary as the current bridge has reached the end of its useful life and is also prone to flooding during large rain events.
