Listed below is the Whitpain Township Fee Schedule for various services and applications. These fees are for services rendered by the Township over and above items supported by tax dollars. They are user fees that are charged for specific services that are not received by all taxpayers. In some instances the fees are a result of new construction, demolition, alarm systems, or utility service. Other services covered by these fees include such things as hearings before various boards and commissions, reports and certifications, and permits. In all instances the user is performing an activity requiring Township approval or inspection services, which is not provided for through tax supported services.
